Online forelæsninger om ABA

Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) sælger online forelæsninger om anvendt adfærdsanalyse – herunder intervention for autisme. Formen er identisk med den, der kendes fra Danskernes Akademi på DR og fra iTunes University, hvor man ud over selve forelæseren kan følge med i de anvendte PowerPoints. Forelæserne er førende forskere i adfærdsanalytisk teori og intervention.

Forelæsningerne er tilgængelige fra ABAI Learning Center, som er en portal hvor man kan købe og se online forelæsninger. Forelæsningerne er optagelser af udvalgte præsentationer fra ABAIs konferencer fra de seneste par år. Herunder de årlige autismekonferencer, der afholdes i januar hvert år. Hver session indeholder en videooptagelse af selve forelæseren og samtidig kan man se de PowerPoint-præsentationer, der er blevet vist.

ABAI Learning Center har man adgang til i alt ca. 75 forskellige forelæsninger. Herunder 17 om autisme og 3 om udviklingshæmning. De resterende er organiseret inden for emnerne ABA-baseret undervisning, verbal adfærd, eksperimentel adfærdsanalyse, efteruddannelse i anvendt adfærdsanalyse, organisationsadfærd m.fl.

Prisen for en forelæsning er US$ 15 for medlemmer af ABAI og US$ 25 for ikke-medlemmer (hhv. 83 og 138 DKK). For de medlemmer af ABAI, som er certificerede adfærdsanalytikere, er der mulighed for at anvende online forelæsninger som et led i vedligeholdelsen af certificeringen. Certificerede adfærdsanalytikere skal hvert andet år have deres certificering fornyet og skal i den forbindelse dokumentere deres deltagelse i relevant efteruddannelse. Hvis man vil bruge online forelæsninger som efteruddannelse for certificerede adfærdsanalytikere, skal man efterfølgende besvare en multiple choice test for at dokumentere udbyttet af forelæsningen.

For øjeblikket er følgende forelæsninger tilgængelige inden for områderne autisme og udviklingshæmning. Der bliver løbende tilføjet nye forelæsninger.
